I must have missed your question.  Sorry.

Marking a tile on informationfreeway creates an entry in the following file:
http://osmxapi.hypercube.telascience.org/tiles.txt

I have no idea if anyone ever does anything with the file.

One of the fields is a crude reputation based score, which could be used to
filter out accidental and erroneous clicks.
