to see if anything happens or if they all show the same
level all the time.
Are the logic lines at roughly 5V or 0V?
Or somewhere in between?
A picture of the component side of the small pcb could provide

The monitor has died. Maybe because the knob on the +5 got bumped to 6
VDC.
Is there any troubleshooting info on it?
