I know very well about keeping the comparator frequency high, and that
the 9045 may not be the ideal comparator.
What I understood about this thread is that the comparators have maximum
frequencies also, and that they are lower than the maximum VCO
frequency... maybe that was my mistake. Must return to the drawing board.
