Well, what I'd really like to do here is find the clueless folks who
are expecting me to respond back to them at 10.0.0.* and help them
configure their client/network so they get a useful response from me.

Is there any hope of that? Any shred of information in the incoming
packets that would help me trace them back to the actual user so
I could help them out?
