And it would be great for someone like me who has no idea of what is  
"a lot" of jitter or a "small delay".  If I could see how my stratum  
3 (and proud of it) server is doing compared to others in the pool  
(delays to servers, jitter and of course offset) I would know whether  
I need to be tinkering.  I *think* that I've found nearby servers,  
But maybe I should be trying harder to find closer ones.

Please let us know what we need to do to configure our servers to  
give out the data you need.
