gpl software can't be dinamically linked to non-gpl software, unless the creator of the gpl software gives you an explicit exception. if not, you'd be violating the license.
i once read that tiny sprl would provide a lgpl version for partners, which would allow that: lgpl software can be statically linked to anything, although you'd have to keep the direct derivative works under the lgpl. but i don't know if such lgpl version exists. anyway, why would you want to do that? the beauty of working with this kind of software is that you earn money by selling services (with significant added value), not just boxes... ... by keeping it gpl, you'd get paid once (when developing the module), and then many other times (when selling its implementation services to other clients), what else do you want? :) -- Santiago Roza [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ Tinyerp-users mailing list http://tiny.be/mailman/listinfo/tinyerp-users
