I'm talking about special modules here developed for special businesses and 
with a very number of potential users.

Let's assume I want to develop a insurance policy brokerage module. This would 
be a 'lot' of work not something like 1%. And this will cost the developer good 
money, money that he will get back only if he is going to implement it 10 
times. But he wonders: what's happening if one of his customers is going to 
share/publish the module with others?!

This is why LGPL seams more productive. In the case of LGPL you are required to 
share only the modified sources. 

PS. I don't even dare to think about requesting a price for LGPL license when I 
see the current support prices. :(
