you're completely absolutely utterly wrong.  a binary-only module
specifically designed for tiny erp would be easily considered a
"derivative work" in any court of law, and all derivative works of a
gpl development fall under the gpl, which means they must be
distributed under the gpl, or they would be violating the license.
distributing them with or without tiny erp doesn't make a difference.
have you ever actually read the gpl?
