To my knowledge OpenERP is licenced under the orignal GPL v3, not the afferro variant. Please correct me if I'm wrong of course. Anyway Tiny SPRL is the owner of all copyrights regarding the official code of OpenObject. If you want to be safe, just ask them to write down tht they allow you to make a non-GPL module. That should not be a problem because last time I heard, Fabien saw it as a good thing to have modules even if they are non-free. Lionel
