Sorry, then IMHO the module is broken and would need to provide a way to solve 
that. But, of course, if we accept that such behaviour is valid, not only do we 
need a migration tool from older versions but a migration tool from current 
versions so one can install the module in an existing database. I don't see 
that as a migration issue between different versions.
