How can you focus on teaching and your students when you have to worry if you will have enough rent money and a place to sleep and food on the table. We teach because we love to teach and this applies to me and I know also applies to many of you. But the question here is WHY is there unequal pay between full-time and part-time faculty doing the SAME work.
