I don't think I understand this response... it doesn't matter whether you have a Ph.D. or Masters? I beg to differ! If you work at a place that really believes that, you might want to leave anyway...
Raises... is there a big difference in the percentage increase, or the actual dollar increase? If the part-timers started off higher, than they will always get bigger dollar increases, even if the percentage increases are the same.
