No.
Though this year Good Friday was the day after the start of Purim
(which according to my calendar began at sundown on Thursday), but
this was by coincidence and I don't think it will happen again for
some time...

The holidays are scheduled by different calendars.
Those more mathematically inclined may know the rules for figuring
out how frequently they coincide -- I can find other things to worry
about.
And of course Purim involves Jews living in the Persian Empire -- I
don't think that Turkey had been invented yet.
