I have been researching this issue on the TiVo site and
there definitely is a problem with the USB200M version 2 (see
http://forums.tivo.com/pe/action/forums/displaysinglethread?nesting=0&lastPage=3¤tPage=0&rootPostID=10235007&showPostBody=)
. Many people are complaining that it works for a few hours and then
refuses to connect.
