I have a USB 2.0 device that seems to get confused when plugged into
a USB port. There are times when it seems to think that the port is a
USB 1.1 port and will stop talking to the port. Re-plugging in the
connector seems to reestablish the port as a USB 2.0 port for the
device. I am plugging into a PCI card with other USB 1.1 devices, so
I am not sure if that is part of the issue.
