Hi Chris, Hope it goes well. I am enjoying the HD Tivo experience but I have had numerous problems. First box had grey screen problems discussed on this forum earlier and I replaced then just last week my box died - power totally dead. Tivo sent me a new one and I'm in process of setting up the new box.
