I was wondering the same thing. Either way, it caused a bit of a
problem when I upgraded. I can't be sure which rpm deleted my user, but
my 'tofmipd' user disappeared from the system. I know it existed prior
to the 'rpm -Uvh' because when I checked the permissions on my 'tofmipd'
file, they were owned by user 7787 instead of the actual user name. A
prime indicator that something happened during the upgrade. I used the
cgi, tmda, and ofmipd RPMs.
