Thanks for the info.

after I did a touch /etc/tofmipd; chown tofmipd /etc/tofmipd; chmod 600
/etc/tofmipd
then run my command:
/var/vpopmail/tmda-0.68/bin/tmda-ofmipd -R pop3 -d &

Things work great, now I can finish configuring tmda, I appricate the help.
