There is nothing much for discussion. Decide on the following lines and come to
a conclusion. Within one month REGISTRATION would be finalised.
I suggest you simply take a poll:
  A. Whether to register? B. Whether not?
If yes, who are willing to be the member (atleast 7 members are required)
Who are interested/capable of discharging key positions (which apart from
decision making, takes a lot of time for paper works)?
Bare minimum requirement: One President, One Vice-President, One Secretary,
One Joint Secretary, One Treasurer, Two Executive Committee Members=Total Seven
Then a set of bye-laws clearly stating the Aims & Objectives, Location, Name,
Functions of Office Bearers, Tenure of Exe.Committee, Election Procedure,
Eligibility to be a member, Fees, etc. with repsect to the Society need to be
there.
An affidavit stating that no rent is collected for the office to run from the
premises of any owner is required. (One of the members residence would be the
office address and hence that member shall give an affidavit that s/he is not
going to charge anything towards the rent for allowing the office to run in
his/her house is needed.)
2 witnesses have to sign on a set of papers stating that the signatures of
all the office bearers are genuine and that they ahve signed in presence of
the witnesses.
It HAS TO BE REGISTERED as a SOCIETY and NOT TRUST.
So finalise on the members for executive committee and prepare a list of
OBJECTIVES and AIMS of the group.
AND ALSO please finalise a name for the society if it has to be different
that TMAD.
  Regards,
  Ratan
