Coming to conducting a poll, I am not interested to conduct again. Enough is enough. We want to register for sure and we don't want to delay the process. (Still I am open to this option. I expressed my opinion. Thats it.) You mentioned few roles. What are the responsibilities of each role? If we can know that may be people will come forward to pick up the one of their choice. I feel you/nominate as the right person for the role of Treasurer. To be frank I do not know the meaning of the word, Office Bearer. Coming to the address, for all unofficial purposes, Sundar's hospital is our address. But as it is a rented one and he can change the apartment any time, better we can have a permanent address, not likely to change at least for 5 years. I wish the most active members and the members willing to be most active be part of the Executive Committee. What is the maximum size of such a committee? Coming to Aims and Objectives, I want everyone of us to put their ideas on paper. We will collect all of them and then select. Name.. as far as my opinion is concerned, I am very very particular on this name, To Make A Difference. This is the driving force, the story behind the name is our inspiration. Is there any problem with this name? I do not think it is right that we use different names for website, yahoogroup and registered group. Can we have online executive members? I mean can we have members from other cities in India and abroad in the Executive Committee? I want few key members to represent each chapter in the EC. These are all my ideas but I do not know the law, rules/regulations and guidelines. So it is better if we can convene a special meeting only for a discussion on Registration. I do not want to announce the date and time but it should be in the month of April only and that to on a Sunday. For this meeting, we can meet in Dr. Sundar's place.
