Coming to conducting a poll, I am not interested to conduct again. Enough is enough. We want to register for sure and we don't want to delay the process. (Still I am open to this option. If members are not polling in favour of registration, may be they are not interested. Thats why I asked WHO ARE WE here? And thanks very much for feeling/nominating me as the right choice for TREASURER. I would have loved to do take up this assignment, but I am over-burdened with SHIFT/FOALT (my Apartment) and 2 departments in Mediciti. I know I would have done justice to that position, but owing to the positions mentioned above, I am not in a position to take up any more assignment, esp which requires paper work. There is a upper limit for the number of members, but I think its 50. So lets not worry about that. If we get 7 (lower limit) members to be elected as EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE members, thats really great. No, we cannot have ONLINE EXECUTIVE MEMBERS. Our societies law has no provision for online things. No, there is NO PROBLEM with the name to me. If there would be any, then it is for the authorities. If there would be any society already registered in that name, then we have to be ready with an alternative name. As of now, there is no problem. I will TRY to send you all an attachment of a copy of bye-laws with the roles/responsibilities of each post and aims and objectives also. All the members may go through the same and suggest any change. The changed versions shall come as individual mails to ONE PARTICULAR member who can make the necessary changes in the master copy and re-send the same to all. Once finalised, we have to take the print-out of the same and submit in the Registrar of Societies Office. Office-bearer is a position of office like PRESIDENT/SECRETARY etc. About address, you are absolutely right. There should not be any change in 5 years atleast as it involves a hell lot of time to get things changed in the office(that too after paying bribe). I had the address of SHIFT in my rented flat and even after shifted to my own house, I did not change the same in records. When you people (TMAD) wanted SHIFT's a/c to be used for TMAD's purpose, I applied for the same and still waiting it to be done( I go to that office atleast twice a month and pay tips always). for address. So who is interested to give this affidavit? Local members or members having own house in Hyderabad municipal limit are eligible.Because if its not in Hyderabad,then the office of registration would be different. Ratan
