Hi all,

Though I am not an active participant in group activities or in mail
list, I observed TMAD closely and I have something to say on the
recent exchange of mails.

Prior to joining TMAD I worked with another NGO and used to do
monetory help in all the charity drives conducted in our office.

After I joined TMAD, I am very much delighted to see humanity in the
members, which is very much missing in ppl these days.

Transparency and giving equal opportunity to all the members to
express their views is what impressed me most.

The main thing that attracted me is, group is not run by the whims
and fancies of the founder nor by the decisions of few influential
people.

Giving room for every other idea or way to serve the society is one
of TMAD's greatest strengths.

The reason why I am emphasizing the positive side of TMAD is, I like
to request all the people to consider the +ve points and strengths of
TMAD b4 taking the decision to leave.

Wish all the members(those who left and who r in the grp) keep
inspiring people like me in the future too.

Warm Regards,
Aruna.
