However, before we go for DC / DB, we need to disucss on following things. 1. TMAD Website and TMAD Brochure 2. TMAD Visition and their major focus on activities Example: Major activities and completion of those activities - Constructing school and inaguarating - example: Mehdipatnam school, still it is not completed. We need to resolve the issues with contractor and close this rathar than dragging it further. 3. Increasing volunteers 4. Fund raising - At any point of time, we should have the money in TMAD. Example: 1.00 lac. Also, we should not be spending money for each and every activity and the board which are talking about should have an authority to sanction the fund from TMAD after thoroughly evaluating the activity. 5. We should have atleast one regular employee for TMAD to set the things right as we are all doing the activities as and when we have time. Let us have a meeting and close the above activities before we go for DC/DB. Request other team members to share their thoughts as well.
