Team,

We should be able to run the group and its initiatives including decision
making, volunteer coordination, taking up cases even when senior person like
prasanthi is busy.

Work division and back up is very important aspect. Our field volunteer
should be guided to do work by senior folks irrepsctive . Some one(not one
but more people indeed) should start taking roles of prasanthi like
coordinating the filed volunteers, decision making, funds release,
connecting the field volunteers to right contact and so on...

Right now, every volunteer calls prasanthi for any thing as for sure they
know they get the answer. We have to break that first. ;). The field
volunteers should depend on pool of leadership team who knows what is
happeening with every case or who is the concerned volunteer from whom they
can get the information. Right now, to my knowledge, that one person who has
all answers is prasanthi. Let us have few more people who can take that
transition.

I see shivaji and bhargav as some committed volunteers. Why not make one of
them part of this... I know I am over ambitious by naming the individuals
right away. But I see these folks may be available for another 2 years till
they marry (correct me shivaji and bhargav ;)) and they should be doing that
transition to others next year who come in. So, goes without
dependencies. Ofcouse, they need all the senior folks help for this.

Prasanthi should be our contact person for getting help from outside folks.
She needs to just connect respective field volunteers to the people outside
TMAD who can help. I would like to see prasanthi to offload tracking work to
someone else if she is doing.

May be something that needs to be discussed in the meeting.
