Thanks to all who initiated and participated in this discussion. It is always like.......Which one is first..........Egg or Hen!!
I understand that despite good intentions, we are not working to our full potential for various reasons. The critical factor here is the time of key volunteers rather the senior volunteers. Many new volunteers are interested to work and we cannot propose a workable plan wherein we can measure the progress. I am sorry to say that I couldn't work on my promise of delivering the content on time. Extremely busy due to professional work. I haven't even checking mails properly from March. It would be so till 28th of May. The problem is we had every plan in place but we couldn't implement. We need volunteers who can spare time for TMAD alone consistently for six months, to get everything on track again. And most importantly, in these six months we should not have very ambitious plans and our core attention should be in and around Hyderabad so that volunteers need not stretch themselves too much. This is my opinion. Suresh Ediga is in India now and based on his schedules let us plan to meet him at Mehdipatnam school (which we couldn't go due to Curfew). (Thanks to all the new volunteers who expressed their interest to concentrate on Mehdipatnam school). As Anil mentioned, taking quick decisions is also important and at the same time, taking right decisions as well. I can be in the DC/DB committee from June. Till then I am too much occupied to spare time. Let us not get worked up for lack of response or something. Let us continue to work with the interested volunteers and see to that the ball keeps rolling. Meanwhile we will try to sort other things out. This is the period wherein our members should understand each other and cooperate instead of looking at the negative aspects. -- Thank you. with regards, PRASANTHI. http://groups.google.com/group/birdsofsamefeathers http://prasanthi.wordpress.com ---- When you want something, the whole universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.
