Today, another batch of QSL cards from Germany, England, France,
Austria, Poland, and Bulgaria arrived in our city (via Kyiv). Amateurs
received interesting cards for contacts made on the 160-meter band:

I received no answer to my question about why the cards from the USA
weren't arriving (though I hadn't really expected one anyway).
I knew the answer in advance: the ARRL isn't interested in the topic of
QSL card exchange via the bureau... It's a real shame...
