Hi Nick,

The US Postal Service (USPS) restarted mail delivery to Ukraine as of June 14, 2026. Prior to that all USPS mail service to Ukraine and Russia had been suspended since March 2022.

I'm sure that is why the ARRL was not sending qsl's to Ukraine. Whether or not they will restart sending bureau cards to Ukraine, and when, is a different matter. Unfortunately the ARRL Outgoing QSL Bureau does not move very quickly.

The good news is that someone that works you from the US doesn't need to send their qsl via the ARRL outgoing qsl bureau, they can simply mail it via the USPS as before but I suspect that most people are still not aware that the USPS has resumed mail service to Ukraine.

Hello

Today, another batch of QSL cards from Germany, England, France, Austria, Poland, and Bulgaria arrived in our city (via Kyiv). Amateurs received interesting cards for contacts made on the 160-meter band:

I received no answer to my question about why the cards from the USA weren't arriving (though I hadn't really expected one anyway).

I knew the answer in advance: the ARRL isn't interested in the topic of QSL card exchange via the bureau... It's a real shame...
