Oops -- I misread it, because it was poorly written. :) It DOES say
that the ARRL Bureau sends to those countries.
Inneresting; I wonder who the ARRL sends cards to in such places as
Pagalu Island, Vietnam, Yemen, Nepal and Bhutan, Palestine, all those
American Pacific possessions, North Korea, Somalia, Cambodia, Laos and
Myanmar, and even Afghanistan?? That looks more like a list of countries
they would NOT be sending to, particularly since it doesn't include most
of the European or South American countries, nor even JA.
