Wow, I am disappointed that XP and Vista turned out so divergent in  
this regard. :(

I hate suggest more work, but since theme -selection- won't be part of  
0.7, would it make sense to slice this Gordian Knot by having two  
installers?
That way TK and Peer could get their Vista happy MS-Windows and XP  
could have Neutrino.
