Thank you John for such a quick reply. The configuration is as follows: - Connection to internet is usually via WiFi, but used cable for the firmware update and re-loading. - Using internal server only, with USB HDD attached. And tested with 4GB USB Flash drive, but same problem. (Also tried different file systems (NTFS, ext2, ext3) on HDD, again this made no difference). - Touch is connected to mysqueezebox.com and I wanted to tried an internet radio station, but it froze during selecting a station.
Have already reloaded the firmware, with the same result. I have not really used it on an ethernet cable though, apart from (re)loading the firmware that is. Come to think of, it didn't freeze at all during that process.
