What I will say about Logitech (although the credit should go to the Slimdevices team), is that our worst fears did not occur. Rather than taking the Squeezebox line down a low-price/low-quality commodity path as many feared, instead they significantly expanded the Squeezebox lineup with high quality, complementary products such as the Boom and Radio and then came out with the Touch which is a substantial improvement over the Duet and SB3 in all aspects.
Were mistakes made along the way? Sure. But I for one am a very happy Squeezebox customer and the Touch was definitely worth the wait.
