Of course we feel snubbed, whould you not feel snubbed if you were in the same situation? It's easy to be magnanimous about a deal when you're the recipient of a companys largess, but theres always some who will (in this case pretty justifiably) feel conned.
I've completed my customer satisfaction survey, and don't expect to hear anything back from Logitech, but you've got to admit, placing new customers at the head of the line for shipping AND giving them a substantial discount, while older orders are still outstanding is pretty poor customer service.
