The Touch uses a workgroup name of WORKGROUP, if you have set your workgroup to a different name it will not see it normally.
You can see it if you go into Windows explorer and in the address bar type: \\<touch_IP_address> For example in my system I type: \\192.168.1.102 This will pop up a box asking for username and password. Use what has been set in the USB sharing menu. Of course you have to make sure you have turned on USB sharing, but I assume you've already done that.
