There is no computer UI control of the Touch when using Touch's inbuilt server + USB source material. Touch's touch screens and IR remote are fully functional regardless of what Touch is connected to (TinySBS on Touch, full SBS on computer, MySB.com online). If you had Touch connected to full SBS on a computer (giving you UI control), simply switch Touch to it's own internal server from the Touch itself.
