I'm not an expert on Apple files or iTunes. Others will have to help with that. There has been a problem with Apple lossless in the past, I'm not sure if its been fixed yet or not. I do know that people have a hard time getting iTunes cover art into SBS, it seems iTunes keeps the cover art in its own library files where SBS can't see it. There has also been some issues with transferring iTunes playlists into SBS. Since I've never done this I'm not sure about the ins and outs of this.
