Are you running wirelessly?  If you did a factory reset then you would
have had to go through the network setup again.  Are you certain that
the Squeezebox is connected to your wireless router?

I would begin by rebooting everything - the NAS, the wireless router,
the Squeezebox.  Do one at a time and wait until you're sure each one
is fully booted up before doing the next.

If you're still not connected, do another factory reset of the Touch
and go through the network setup again.  Make sure you're doing a
factory reset, not just a reboot.  Hold down the button on the back for
at least 15 seconds, until you see a message that says something like
'Restoring factory settings'.
