I just checked again and the SBT is still not connected to the SBS - I have a Thecus N0503 with "Version: 7.5.1 - r30836 @ Tue Jun 1 06:59:24 MDT 2010", the Web-interface is running normally, but detects also no Player. The same information in the SBTs Diagnosis screen. Currently the SBT is in my Wireless Lan, but Ethernet doesn't work either. The DHCP IP is ok (same subnet as the Server) and the SBT is also connected to the mysqueezebox.com account. There is no USB drive connected and no SBS active on the SBT itself. I did the FW upgrade to R9009 3x times, no improvement. Unfortunately this does not work - you mean the "Volume up" Button, right? I was pressing it the whole bootup until it really increases the volume. And did the reset twice - still R9009 active.
Maybe I could do something via SSH? Or the problem is server-sided? However the logs do not look suspicious - there are several " Couldn't resolve IP address for: www.mysqueezebox.com " in the server log, but the web-control-interface mentions anyway, that a connected player is necessary to connect to the msb page.
