I hope you can figure it out. I have two different TOUCH players. At
the weekend place one drives a BENCHMARK DAC I, and at home I have one
with the TV setup. I use the TRANSPORTER in my primary stereo setup,
but if I'd bought the TOUCH first, I likely wouldn't have bought the
TRANSPORTER.

And all of these players are connected via ethernet. Wish I could help,
but they just plugged in and worked immediately. I'm sure it is
something simple on your end, but those are often the most frustrating
things.
