Well I'm going around in circles with this last stumbling block. I can connect to the router via ethernet, but the squeezebox touch can not connect to mysqueezebox.com as it can not connect to those ports.
An ethernet connection to the squeezebox touch to supply my DAC is important to me I'll try for a while longer but, sadly, I will have to take the Touch back if I don't solve the issue.
