Hi there,

It's a readynas duo.
Yes, I have been reading up and it doesn't sound too promising with the
nas.
All my music are mp3's so no massive flac's or transcoding required
:-)))
Obviously I would expect the touch interface (ipeng any good?) to be
fast and responsive; otherwise it's of no use (I realize the nas slim
server is the real issue here).
The web ui on the nas is slow; but for just maintenance etc. it's ok.
My mp101 handles the track changes/album changes with ease and speed;
so I *assume* a touch would be fine - also multiple touches off the
same nas; will that be fast enough?
I get the impression a shevaplug (I know nothing about these really!)
is a better solution.
Can I get the shevaplug to pull the files off the nas; and simply act
as the slimserver leaving the nas to be a nas! ;-)

HELP!
