Bluejeans LC-1 has very low capacity, so you should hear more hiss with this cable, than with some standard cable. Maybe there was another source of this noise ? Some wifi inteferences with your amp ?
In my case after moving from wifi to ethernet and disabling wifi in SBT with "soundcheck" script the bass became little stronger, deeper and more precise.
