As for duplicating the artist/album structure below 'home' and 'mobile', that could be a hassle for albums you already have in both lossless and lossy formats. Fortunately you'll only have to do that once. As you go forward with new albums there are various tools you can use that will automatically create the parallel directory structure while making an MP3 copy from a FLAC. Two very good ones that I have used are "flac2mp3.pl" (it's a Perl script from Robin Bowes) and dBpoweramp's Batch Conversion utility.
