I have a solution to this problem, in case anyone else encounters it
and needs a Fix.

OK, I called support and worked with them for a week. They are pretty
much worthless. They have a 'Solution' that they try to apply to your
problem. They have you turn off Firewalls and delete software and send
log files. they do not 'Troubleshoot your problem'. You end up
answering the same questions and repeating the same procedures multiple
times. They finally "give up" and tell you to find another '3rd party'
tech to help you. For their Product? WTF? - I used to be a tech support
Manager, and this outfit is very, very poor.

Halfway through the 'troubleshooting' process, I came to the conclusion
that re-installing my Windows XP OS and starting over would probably fix
the problem. So, I bit the bullet and re-installed the OS and YES the
problem is Solved!
