Not really! --- It was actually a lot faster and easier than working with Support. I installed the OS and my apps in less than a day. The support marathon lasted well over a week and was very frustrating. Also I had not re-installed the OS in 5 years and there are some other benefits to this. My computer runs much faster now. It clears out old programs out of the register. There are things running on your machine that you are not even aware of. This really should be done once a year, but I'm too lazy.
