I've only run into this issue once with HDtracks and that was just a few days ago (Sophisticated Lady album). But, if I ever get a file that won't play for no obvious reason, the embedded art is the first place I'll look to.
Not sure, but I think this issue is an SBS issue rather than necessarily a Touch issue and would be the case with any SB player.
