An alternative is to hard wire the Touch to a wireless bridge/repeater. I use such a setup and I'm very satisfied with the results. Whether or not hard wire sounds better than wireless is not a question that can be answered a-priori. It probably depends on one's system, preferences, expectations, etc. In my system and to my ears, there is a subtle increase in clarity (better S/N ratio?). But I would not claim any major improvement. Nor would I claim that you will hear any. Happy listening!
