I'm not familiar with the QNAP, so can't compare. Whatever you get, make sure that it supports LMS without a lot of hacking, has a good support community for questions, and is powerful enough. Low power NAS units may work, but can be painfully slow and problematic (I started with a readynas duo, and it worked but oh my, it was painfully slow in browsing my library....their higher end units are much more powerful). ------------------------------------------------------------------------ garym's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=17325 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=94923 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
