Looking for assistance. I read all the good feedback on this app so installed it after upgrading from a SB3 to a SBT. Problem: My DAC only processes up to 96k. Tried to play higher res files thinking that they would be down-sampled. No go. Horrible buzzing through speakers. Followed instructions on deleting the app but still unable to play high res files. Am I missing something? I even went as far as a factory reset and re-downloaded the latest software. I notice the delete instructions include a firmware upgrade. Is that the factory re-set? Can't find any other reference. My understanding is that the Touch, like the SB3 will play high-res files through a 96k DAC by down-sampling.
