Its very likely that you actually can't do that , depends on how the
Denon actually works . I tried to read the manual online could not find
suficient information .

Some few AV amps has something called analog passthru or similar that is
for 2 ch stereo you can bypass all digital stuff and via analog volume
controll drive 2ch directly , it was common in the late 90's in "high
end" av amps , but i wonder if anyone does that anymoore .
But even then if you wanted to use the subwoofer or any digital effect
like 5ch stereo or whatnot it could not do that . I think most modern AV
amps does not have this as it would not make sense .

But my 0.02$ can you be sure that the Denon DAC is the limiting factor
in your stereo ? my experience with AV recievers in the past has been
that its the power amps that are the weak spot , the digital and line
level stuff has usually been ok.
So if it has line level outputs I rather by better power amps depending
on what kind of speaker you are driving .

The Denon DAC migth actually be better or equal to the Touch DAC and who
knows how any external DAC would sound .
my best bet is that under controlled conditions no one can really hear
any difference . (blind and level matched testing )
