You should be aware that Pandora Premium (Pandora One?) won't stream to
a Squeezebox Player, including a TOUCH. Even though you are a premium
pandora subscriber, all this does different within a Squeezebox
ecosystem is to make sure you don't get any ads. The stream you're
getting is the same as the basic stream (128kb I think).  This has been
a long standing complaint to Logitech that people can't get the
higher-res streams via their squeezeboxes.

p.s. the Pandora Premium stream is not lossless 24/192. Rather the
Pandora Premium, even if you got it, is the  192kbp lossy file (not even
CD quality 16/44.1).  But as your test has confirmed, most people can't
actually tell the difference in a double blind test between a lossy file
of sufficient bitrate (say 128kbs) over a CD quality or hires quality
lossless file.
